Every voluntary or charitable organisation needs to ensure that they are operating in the interest of their users and general public, and not for private benefits or personal gain.

By the end of the course participants will be able to:
  • implement physical and financial control systems for your organisation
  • understand the procedure for authorisation, approval and the benefits of segregation of duties
  • understand the importance of dealing with irregularities, events or situations that are likely to affect the public perception of your organisation
  • understand the need for and use of internal and external control measures
